baked petit fromage
150ml London Gold,
1 clove chopped chives,
25g blanched almonds or pecan nuts,
Fresh ground sea salt,
Fresh ground pepper
Arrange the nuts on top of the cheese and bake in a moderately hot oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is cooked.
Glaze under the grill if additional color is required. Serve with hot crusty French bread and salad.
